simply pour pureed fruits, juices, milk, yoghurt, smoothies or any flavoured liquid into the mould. Place into the freezer for approximately 4 hours or until the liquid is frozen. Remove by twisting the mould and enjoy a delicious, cool snack in a fun shape!
